🦄 The Opportunity:
At Borderless AI, we're building our founding sales team to power our hyper-growth stage. Reporting to the VP of Sales, from day one you'll be a key contributor to GTM activity, scaling revenue and foundational process building. You will work closely with our product development and operations teams to understand the features and benefits of our software and effectively communicate them to potential clients.

🔑Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market, leveraging innovative strategies to establish and expand business relationships.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the initial playbook creation.

🤩Great Candidates will have:
  • At least 1+ years in selling Employer of Record (EOR) services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You’re a self-starter who values learning and with the ability to work independently
  • You demonstrate the ability to rapidly acquire new skills, operate autonomously, and consistently accomplish tasks
  • You are deeply dedicated to sales excellence, with strong, well-considered opinions on the stuff that matters
  • You have experience with cutting edge Sales tech (i.e. Salesforce, Outreach, Gong)
