🦄 The Opportunity:
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and improving our web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly, responsive websites that meet our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of web development technologies and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.
Position: Web Developer
Location: Remote (Canada)
Type: Part Time. 15-20 hours per week.
Experience: Core expertise in HubSpot
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain Websites: Build, test, and maintain responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
HubSpot Integration: Utilize HubSpot to manage marketing campaigns, track leads, and integrate web applications with CRM functionalities.
Salesforce Collaboration: Work with Salesforce to ensure seamless data flow between web applications and CRM systems.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize Web Applications: Ensure websites are optimized for maximum speed and scalability while maintaining high-quality design standards.
Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify issues and bugs in existing web applications and implement solutions in a timely manner.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for code, processes, and project specifications to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
🤩 Great Candidates will have:
Education: Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3+ years of experience in web development or a related role with proven experience in HubSpot (mandatory) and Salesforce (preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js or PHP is a plus.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and responsive design principles.
- Understanding of SEO best practices.
