🦄 The Opportunity:
As part of our rapid expansion, Borderless AI  is now seeking an experienced Payments Operations Manager to join our team. Payment Operations team is responsible for all transactions and funds that move through our partners, our networks, and our internal systems. The Payment Operations team’s mission is to make payments efficient, effective, and economical for Borderless AI and its relevant stakeholders.

As a Payment Operations Manager, you’ll be a vital member of the payment operations team responsible for enabling the payments business. Your focus, and that of the overall team, will be to help our payments business scale with ease and confidence.

🔑Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end payment operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of international payroll.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate payroll data, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough audits to verify payment accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and analyze payment processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with global banking partners and payment providers to optimize payment workflows and ensure smooth transactions.

🤩Great Candidates will have:
  • 3-4 years of proven experience in payment operations or a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of cross-border payment regulations, compliance, and best practices.
  • Proficient in using financial software and payment processing systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable recommendations.
