🦄 The Opportunity:

We are seeking an Operations Analyst, Customer Strategy to join our team on a full time, in-office basis. From day one you'll be a key contributor to the Operations department, helping scale processes. You will work closely with our Operations team and Chief Business Officer, while interfacing with all of Borderless AI’s departments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate directly with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide tailored recommendations that enhance their experience and maximize value from our platform.
  • Analyze customer data and trends to provide actionable insights that enhance customer experience and drive strategy alignment.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving customer retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Collect customer feedback to inform strategy improvements and operational adjustments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and sales teams to identify process improvements that optimize customer operations.

🤩 Great Candidates will have:

  • Recent college graduate or 1-3 years of experience after college. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding hours. 
  • Interested in working at a tech start-up.
  • Good balance of interpersonal skills and analytical skills 
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and be flexible as priorities change.
  • A team player that will work well with their colleagues. 
  • Wants to work in and enjoy an office environment (this is not a remote position).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications, or Microsoft equivalent
