Growth Marketing Manager
Toronto, Ontario, Canada .
full-time . May 15, 2025
Description
At Borderless AI, we’re redefining global HR with intelligent, AI-powered infrastructure. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling customer acquisition, activation, and retention. You won’t just run campaigns, you’ll architect the systems that power them. This is a builder role for someone who wants to operate at the intersection of growth strategy, experimentation, and technical execution.
You’ll be our first full-stack growth hire, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing and working closely with Product, Sales, and Engineering. You’ll own programs across paid, website, content, and lifecycle, while bringing a GTM engineer’s mindset to automation, attribution, and performance.
This is an in-person role based in our downtown Toronto office. We believe in moving fast, learning together, and showing up with energy and ownership every single day.
What You’ll Own
Campaigns & Channel Execution
- Build and optimize cross-channel campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, SEO, content, email) that convert high-intent leads.
- Lead website experimentation (CRO), building and launching landing pages using Webflow or similar tools.
- Own the creative testing roadmap, collaborating with design and content to scale top-performing assets.
Data, Attribution & GTM Infrastructure
- Own our marketing analytics stack: implement, monitor, and optimize tooling across HubSpot, GA, AirOps, Default, Segment, etc.
- Build dashboards and reporting workflows to track performance across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Connect systems and automate workflows such as lead routing, scoring, enrichment, and reporting.
 Website, Content, and Lifecycle
- Website: Own CRO strategy, partner with design/dev to launch high-converting pages, and lead experimentation across the funnel.
- Content: Manage production and distribution of SEO, thought leadership, and campaign content. Turn ideas into traffic and demand.
- Lifecycle: Architect nurture flows, onboarding emails, and retention campaigns that turn leads into power users and advocates.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of hands-on growth marketing experience, ideally at an early-to-mid-stage startup.
- Strong channel fluency across Paid media, SEO, lifecycle, and CRO.
- Experience in HubSpot and running technical experiments across the stack, and building automation workflows
- Comfortable with SQL, Looker, or BI tools, or the curiosity to learn fast.
- Bias toward action, comfort with ambiguity, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Bonus Points For
- Have experience marketing technical, B2B SaaS products, especially those in fast-moving, competitive categories
- Have worked in early-stage or high-growth startups and are comfortable wearing many hats
- Have a passion for automation, experimentation, or building no-code/low-code solutions to scale GTM operations
- Are curious about the intersection of AI and go-to-market strategy, and how it’s changing the marketing playbook
