🦄 The Opportunity:
Borderless AI is seeking an exceptional paralegal, who has experience with legal entity formations and commercial contracts to join our growing team. This full-time position will be responsible for all day-to-day interactions with our legal partners across the globe and will work closely with our operations and commercial teams. The right candidate for this role is a person who possesses strong administrative and communication skills, be an excellent multi-tasker, and excel at building strong legal vendor relationships.
🔑Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day communications with our 60+ legal partners globally
- Own the project management and reporting of our global incorporation project
- In conjunction with our legal partners, review of corporate filings
- Work with our public notaries to ensure timely delivery of pertinent global incorporation documents
- Draft customized resolutions and any related documentation for incorporations, often on a time sensitive basis
- Respond to daily inquiries from our legal partner and handling day-to-day corporate matters
- Adopt a customer-centric mindset and collaborate with our Commercial team during commercial contract negotiations with our potential business customers
- Other duties as assigned
🤩Great Candidates will have:
- Graduated from a recognized paralegal program (equivalencies will be considered)
- You have 3+ years of experience in corporate paralegal role, or similar
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- You have knowledge of corporate law coupled with basic project management skills
- Experience managing multiple legal vendor relationships
- Quick learning skills, work independently and consistently get stuff done
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- You are able to work independently, take initiative, use sound judgement, and be proactive in taking on new tasks
