🦄 The Opportunity:
Borderless AI is looking for a Software Development Engineer to build our next generation of AI agents. This person will join the founding engineering team at Borderless and will contribute to regular architecture and product decisions. They will build the core AI and EOR features that form the Borderless product.
🔑Key Responsibilities:
- Building AI agents to perform tasks on behalf of HR professionals and others.
- Making key contributions in solving our core product problems, such as:
- Fintech AI: Real-time international money movement
- Legaltech AI: Easy to use international contract technology
- HRtech AI: People ops hiring and payments automations
- Building backend services, focused on future extensibility, reliability and ease of adoption.
- Develop features and resolve issues across the web frontend and backend.
🤩Great Candidates will have:
- A bachelor or master degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with AWS or GCP.
- Interest in performant, secure, maintainable, and scalable web APIs
- A love of software craftsmanship.
- A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals and computer systems.
