🦄 The Opportunity:
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team on a full time, in-office basis. From day one you'll be a key contributor to the office, helping scale processes. You will work closely with our CEO as well as the People & Services team, while supporting all of Borderless AI’s departments.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies and office snacks inventory, and place orders as necessary
- Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, and creating reports
- Assist with office layout and office moves
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Develop office policies, procedures and ensure they are implemented properly
- Perform administrative errands and take on ad hoc and special projects when needed.
🤩 Great Candidates will have:
- 1+ years of experience as Office Coordinator or similar role
- Full proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic and energetic with a passion for technology; previous experience in a start-up environment is an asset
- Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple processes at the same time
- Ability to work independently and handle constantly changing needs
- Time Management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Extreme focus on obsessing over customers
- Resident in the Toronto area with the ability to be in the office 5 days a week
